
✅ Probation & Training Probation and training period: 90 days.
Candidates will be groomed technically for project-based requirements across India.
Schedule during probation: 4–6 hours per day, 5 days a week.
A monthly stipend of Rs. 8,000 will be provided to performing employees during probation.
✅ Eligibility Qualification: B.Tech and MCA graduates from the 2024 batch or earlier.
Not open for 2025 batch candidates.
✅ Salary Structure After successful completion of probation, employees will receive a salary package in the range of Rs. 2.4 LPA to 3 LPA, based on performance and experience.
Salary begins after deployment to a customer site or project.
✅ Deployment Post-probation, employees will be deployed to the best available opportunities across pan-India locations.
