
The objective of this project is to study the buying behaviour of consumers towards online shopping in India by identifying the factors that influence their purchasing decisions. The study aims to examine consumer preferences, satisfaction levels, payment choices, and the impact of price, convenience, product quality, discounts, reviews, and digital platforms on online shopping behaviour. It also seeks to understand the challenges faced by consumers and provide recommendations for improving the online shopping experience.
Conduct a review of relevant literature on consumer buying behaviour and online shopping.
Design a structured questionnaire with approximately 15–20 questions.
Collect responses from a minimum of 100 consumers through online or offline surveys.
Analyze the collected data using appropriate statistical tools such as percentages, charts, graphs, and cross-tabulations.
Identify the key factors influencing consumers' online shopping decisions, including price, convenience, trust, discounts, delivery services, and customer reviews.
