Project Objectives:

To design and develop an AI chatbot that can effectively respond to customer queries and provide relevant information in the field of education.

To enhance customer service satisfaction by implementing personalized responses and recommendations through the chatbot.

To evaluate the effectiveness of the AI chatbot in improving customer experience and overall satisfaction levels in the educational sector.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review on AI chatbots and their applications in customer service within the education sector.

Design and develop a prototype of the AI chatbot using machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.

Collect and analyze data to train the chatbot for improved responses and interactions with customers.

Evaluate the performance of the AI chatbot through user feedback surveys and metrics such as response time and accuracy.

Present findings and recommendations for future improvements in customer service satisfaction using AI chatbots in education.
