
The primary aim of this project is to evaluate how effectively organizational goals and objectives align with its stated vision, mission, and core values. Students will explore the gaps and synergies between strategic planning and daily operations, and develop actionable frameworks to enhance cohesion. The outcome is to recommend strategies that ensure employees and stakeholders are motivated by, and aligned with, the organization's guiding principles.
Analyze the organization's vision, mission, and values through publicly available reports and communications.
Conduct interviews or surveys with employees across different levels to assess understanding and buy-in of these principles.
Identify areas where organizational practices deviate from stated values and mission.
Propose initiatives to foster stronger alignment, including communication strategies and training programs.
Prepare a comprehensive report or presentation showcasing findings and recommendations.
