Project Objectives:

To analyze customer acquisition patterns and identify high-value segments for targeted business development in the IT services market.

To develop a data-driven sales strategy that enhances lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.

To strengthen business development practices through strategic partnerships, networking, and digital outreach.

To optimize pricing, proposal structuring, and service positioning to improve competitiveness in IT bidding.

To design a sustainable client retention and relationship management strategy for long-term revenue growth.

Project Tasks:

Analyze past sales data, client interactions, and conversion funnels to identify gaps and opportunities in the current sales process.

Conduct market research to identify emerging IT service demands, target industries, and potential high-value clients.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online bidding portals.

Create a structured sales pipeline model outlining stages from lead generation to deal closure.

Design customized sales pitches and proposals aligned with different client segments and IT service offerings.

Evaluate and refine pricing strategies based on competitor analysis, client budgets, and project scope.

Establish CRM-based systems to track leads, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical and marketing) to ensure alignment between service offerings and market needs.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rate, client acquisition cost, and revenue growth.

Prepare periodic reports and presentations highlighting insights, outcomes, and recommendations for future strategy improvements.
