Organizations increasingly adopt agile methodologies for their flexibility and responsiveness, but this often leads to challenges in maintaining necessary governance. Stakeholders and regulators demand transparency, accountability, and compliance, which agile practices may not inherently address.
This project aims to create a governance framework that aligns agile project delivery with organizational and regulatory requirements while retaining the iterative and adaptive nature of agile practices.
