Provide a detailed strategy and plan for migration along with a timeline of the same

Identify data sets and processes to be migrated  Week 7-8: Phase 4: Data Migration and Integration

Migrate legacy data to the cloud system

Perform system integration and solve inconsistencies  Week 9-10: Phase 5: Testing and Training

Conduct a series of intense testing functionalities, performance, and security.

Train the users in the new system and related workflows.

 Week 11-12: Phase 6: Go Live and Post Migration Support

Do the go-live of the cloud ERP system

Provide ongoing support and gather feedback
