Project Objectives:

To understand the core responsibilities and daily activities of a Field Sales Executive. 2. To analyze the strategies employed in customer relationship management and sales generation in field environments. 3. To evaluate the impact of effective communication and negotiation skills in achieving sales targets. 4. To study the challenges faced by Field Sales Executives and methods used to overcome them. 5. To assess the role of technology and digital tools in enhancing the efficiency of field sales operations. 6. To explore factors influencing customer buying behavior and how executives adapt their sales approach accordingly. 7. To develop competency in planning and executing field sales campaigns through practical insights and case studies.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a detailed literature review on the role and significance of Field Sales Executives in various industries. 2. Interview at least two experienced Field Sales Executives to gather qualitative data about their day-to-day work, challenges, and success strategies. 3. Observe and document field sales processes either through field visits or shadowing opportunities, if feasible. 4. Analyze collected data to identify key competencies and skills required for effective field sales management. 5. Prepare case studies on successful field sales campaigns highlighting strategic approaches and outcomes. 6. Draft a report summarizing findings and providing recommendations for aspiring Field Sales Executives to improve performance. 7. Present the research outcomes through a well-structured presentation, demonstrating understanding and practical relevance of the role.
