Project Objectives:

The primary aim of this project is to evaluate the level of customer awareness and satisfaction with digital payment applications, identify the factors influencing their usage, and provide insights to improve user experience, adoption, and trust in digital financial services.

Project Tasks:

Define Project Objectives

Clearly state the aim, research questions, and expected outcomes of the study.

Focus on awareness, usage behavior, satisfaction levels, and improvement areas.

Literature Review

Review existing research on digital payment adoption and satisfaction.

Understand factors influencing awareness, trust, usability, and security perceptions.

Design the Research Framework

Select appropriate research methodology (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed).

Frame hypotheses, if applicable.

Questionnaire Design / Survey Preparation

Develop a structured questionnaire to measure awareness, usage frequency, satisfaction levels, and challenges faced by users.

Include demographic questions for analysis.

Sampling and Data Collection

Define the sample size and target audience (e.g., students, working professionals, urban/rural users).

Distribute surveys via online or offline methods.

Data Entry and Cleaning

Compile and clean the data for analysis.

Remove incomplete or inconsistent responses.

Data Analysis

Use tools like Excel, SPSS, or Power BI for data analysis.

Apply descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode) and inferential statistics (correlation, chi-square, etc.) to interpret results.

Visualization and Interpretation

Create charts and graphs to represent findings clearly (e.g., satisfaction scores, awareness levels, usage patterns).

Interpret key insights regarding customer preferences and concerns.

Findings and Discussion

Summarize significant findings from the data.

Compare with existing literature to support conclusions.

Recommendations

Suggest ways to increase awareness and improve user satisfaction.

Recommend strategies for app developers and digital payment providers.

Report Writing

Prepare a detailed project report with introduction, methodology, analysis, findings, conclusion, and references.

Include survey instrument (questionnaire) in the appendix.

Presentation

Create a final presentation summarizing the project for evaluation or viva
