
Organizations are realizing that the well-being of employees can lead to more productivity and lower absenteeism rates. However, many do not have a formalized process in place to promote and track wellness initiatives.
This project seeks to fill this gap by creating an online platform through which employees can engage in fitness challenges, report on mental health check-ins, and accrue rewards for wellness achievements. The platform will also generate actionable insights for HR teams to help them craft effective wellness programs.
Week 1-2: Requirement analysis and design
Activities: Gathering requirements from the HR teams as well as employees, designing the platform's architecture and its interface.
Deliverables: Requirement document, wireframes, and architecture of the platform.
Week 3-4: Development of Core Features of the platform
Activities: Development of User registration, basic fitness tracking features, and regular mental health check-ins.
Deliverables: In-line prototype with basic features.
Week 5-6: Gamification and Rewards
Activities: Add gamification features such as challenges, leaderboards, and rewards.
Deliverables: Fully integrated rewards and gamification module Week 7-8: Development of Dashboard and Analytics
Activities: Developing HR dashboards for wellness data
Deliverables: Real-time analytics and reporting dashboard Week 9-10: Testing and User Feedback
Activities: Testing of the platform with the employee and HR user groups
Deliverables: Feedback report and refined platform features Week 11-12: Deployment and Training
Activities: Roll out the platform and provide training to the HR teams and employees.
Deliverables: Live platform, training material, and documentation.
