Project Objectives:

To develop practical skills in electrical wiring techniques suitable for residential buildings. 2. To understand safety standards and protocols in electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms. 3. To enhance problem-solving abilities by diagnosing and rectifying common electrical faults. 4. To familiarize students with the use of tools and materials commonly employed in electrical wiring. 5. To promote teamwork and effective communication among trainees during project execution. 6. To prepare trainees for real-world scenarios by simulating actual wiring layouts. 7. To instill the importance of energy efficiency and sustainable electrical practices in modern installations.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a site survey to plan the wiring layout according to a given residential blueprint. 2. Prepare a list of required tools and electrical components for the project. 3. Draw accurate wiring diagrams illustrating circuits, switches, sockets, and lighting points. 4. Execute wiring tasks including installing conduits, wiring cables, and mounting switches and sockets safely. 5. Test the installed system for proper functionality using appropriate testing devices. 6. Identify and troubleshoot any electrical faults or connection issues during the testing phase. 7. Document the entire process in a project report highlighting challenges faced and solutions applied. 8. Present the completed project along with safety assessments and maintenance recommendations to instructors.
