Students are required to conduct a comprehensive literature review on renewable energy mechanical systems and current optimization methods. They will perform conceptual and detailed design using CAD software, integrating renewable energy components effectively. The tasks include simulation and analysis to evaluate system performance under various operating conditions using tools like FEA and CFD. Students must also develop optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reliability, supported by quantitative data. Additionally, they will prepare detailed documentation of the design process, simulate testing results, and propose improvements. Finally, students will compile a project report and present their findings, demonstrating technical proficiency and communication skills.
