Project Objectives:

Project Tasks:

Design a structured corporate reputation management framework that outlines key components such as brand values, communication policies, crisis preparedness, media relations, and ethical guidelines. Develop clear processes for monitoring reputation risks and maintaining consistent messaging across communication channels.
