Project Objectives:

To analyze the shift in employee experience within organizations in the post-COVID workplace.

To identify and map various employee journeys within the organization to understand their experiences, pain points, and needs.

To assess the evolving needs of employees through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

To develop strategies and action plans to enhance the employee experience by incorporating human-centric practices.

Project Tasks:

Conduct literature review on employee experience, human-centered design, and post-COVID workplace trends.

Develop a research methodology including data collection methods such as surveys, interviews, and observations.

Analyze the collected data to identify key employee journeys, pain points, and needs.

Develop strategies and action plans based on the findings to enhance the employee experience in the post-COVID workplace.

Present the research findings, recommendations, and action plans in a comprehensive report.
