Project Objectives:

To create a digital twin model of an industrial process that allows real-time monitoring, simulation, and optimization of operations, reducing costs and improving efficiency in manufacturing environments.

Project Tasks:

Research digital twin technology and industrial process modeling.

Identify critical machinery and processes for simulation.

Develop virtual replicas of selected processes using simulation tools.

Implement real-time data acquisition from sensors and IoT devices.

Run simulations to detect inefficiencies and suggest optimizations.

Create a dashboard to visualize real-time and simulated performance.

Test and compare results between virtual and actual processes.

Document system design, simulation results, and potential industrial benefits.
