Project Tasks:

Develop and administer a survey to gather feedback from current adoption trainers on their training needs and areas for improvement
Design a comprehensive professional development program, including workshops, seminars, and online resources, based on the survey results and literature review
Implement the professional development program, monitoring participation and collecting feedback from trainers throughout the process
Analyze the impact of the professional development program on trainer skills and adoption outcomes through pre- and post-training assessments (Note: The project should be completed within a specified timeline and budget, with a focus on practical application and measurable results.)
