Participate actively in the recruitment cycle by assisting in job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. 2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting preliminary induction sessions. 3. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and collecting feedback to evaluate workplace satisfaction. 4. Utilize HR management software to update employee records, monitor attendance, and generate basic reports under supervision. 5. Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to contribute to policy documentation and departmental meetings. 6. Collaborate with HR team members to prepare presentations and training materials for workshops. 7. Observe and document HR processes, identifying areas for potential improvement and preparing reflective reports. 8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion throughout all tasks.
