Project Objectives:

To identify challenges faced by HR and Administration leaders at the executive level and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a comprehensive literature review on the evolving role of Executives and Senior Executives in HR and Administration across various industries. 2. Analyze organizational case studies to identify key strategies employed by senior HR leaders that contribute to successful talent management and administrative efficiency. 3. Design a strategic HR and administrative plan that aligns with hypothetical organizational objectives, focusing on employee engagement, compliance, and risk management. 4. Develop an employee performance evaluation framework and propose training & development initiatives that encourage career growth and skill enhancement. 5. Prepare a presentation summarizing findings, best practices, and recommendations aimed at improving HR and administrative functions at the executive level, incorporating insights from recent research and current industry trends.
