Project Objectives:

To analyze current sales strategies and customer service practices of Travel Experience Consultants

To identify areas for improvement in sales techniques and customer experience

To develop actionable recommendations for enhancing sales performance and customer satisfaction

To create a comprehensive training program for Travel Experience Consultants to implement recommended strategies

To evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented strategies in improving sales and customer experience

Project Tasks:

Conduct a review of existing literature on sales techniques and customer service in the travel industry

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify strengths and weaknesses in current practices

Develop a survey to gather insights from customers on their experience with Travel Experience Consultants

Design a training program that includes both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for sales and customer service

Implement the training program with a group of Travel Experience Consultants and collect feedback on its effectiveness

Present findings and recommendations to the company's management team for consideration and implementation.

Write a comprehensive report detailing the research process, findings, and recommendations for future use.
