Project Objectives:

To investigate the current challenges faced by service engineers in their job role.

To identify the specific skills and knowledge gaps that may be hindering the performance of service engineers.

To design and implement a training and development program aimed at addressing these gaps and improving overall job performance.

To evaluate the effectiveness of the training program in enhancing the skills and job performance of service engineers.

Project Tasks:

Conduct interviews and surveys with service engineers to gather information on their job challenges and training needs.

Analyze the data collected to identify the key skills and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.

Develop a comprehensive training program that includes both technical and soft skills training sessions.

Implement the training program and track the progress of service engineers before and after the training.

Evaluate the impact of the training program on job performance through feedback surveys and performance assessments.

Present findings and recommendations for future training initiatives to improve the performance of service engineers.
