Project Objectives:

To provide the intern with practical experience in the recruitment and selection process, enabling them to understand the various stages involved in hiring the right talent. • To develop the intern's skills in organizing and managing employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving workplace satisfaction and productivity. • To familiarize the intern with the use of HR information systems for maintaining employee records and tracking recruitment data. • To enable the intern to assist in performance management activities and appraisals, gaining insight into employee development strategies. • To cultivate the intern's ability to communicate effectively within an organizational context, enhancing their interpersonal and professional skills essential for HR roles. • To encourage critical thinking by involving the intern in analyzing recruitment metrics and suggesting improvements to HR workflows.

Project Tasks:

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates. • Support the screening of resumes and scheduling interviews, gaining firsthand experience in candidate evaluation. • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities such as team-building events or wellness programs under supervision. • Maintain and update the HR database with candidate and employee information accurately and confidentially. • Aid in the preparation of reports on recruitment status, employee feedback, and engagement outcomes. • Observe and document performance appraisal processes and help in scheduling review meetings. • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for improvement in recruitment and employee relations processes. • Prepare summaries and presentations on internship learnings to demonstrate understanding and practical application of HR concepts.
