Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates. • Support the screening of resumes and scheduling interviews, gaining firsthand experience in candidate evaluation. • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities such as team-building events or wellness programs under supervision. • Maintain and update the HR database with candidate and employee information accurately and confidentially. • Aid in the preparation of reports on recruitment status, employee feedback, and engagement outcomes. • Observe and document performance appraisal processes and help in scheduling review meetings. • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for improvement in recruitment and employee relations processes. • Prepare summaries and presentations on internship learnings to demonstrate understanding and practical application of HR concepts.
