Project Objectives:

To understand the fundamental principles and practices of talent acquisition and management within an organizational context. • To gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination. • To explore strategies for improving employee engagement and retention through various HR initiatives. • To analyze the role of HR analytics in workforce planning and performance management. • To develop communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective collaboration with employees and management. • To familiarize with compliance and ethical considerations in HR practices. • To contribute to ongoing HR projects by applying theoretical knowledge to practical tasks, thereby enhancing professional competencies in human resource management.

Project Tasks:

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms and social media channels. • Screen and shortlist candidate resumes based on the job requirements under supervision. • Participate in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between HR and candidates. • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback sessions. • Collect and analyze employee satisfaction survey data to identify areas for improvement. • Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Research best practices in talent management and present findings to the HR team. • Observe and document HR processes related to onboarding, performance appraisal, and training programs to gain comprehensive exposure to HR operations.
