Project Objectives:

Project scope - The hospitality industry is a large subsection within the service industry and comprises four main areas: Food & beverage, travel & tourism, lodging, and recreation.

To understand This, we will do a case study of Radisson Blu Hotel by evaluating customer satisfaction. As this industry is very vast. We will only analyze and have a deep study on customer satisfaction as customer satisfaction plays a crucial role to boost the hotel industry. If we check the history, many industries got reunited because of good and bad experiences with the hotels.

Customer Retention strategies/ Customer satisfaction strategy

Feedback Utilization study

Analysis of all highlighted Points by making report

Documentation of detailed Project/Synopsis

Prepare a short PPT to showcase understanding of summarization of the project.
