Project Objectives:

Project Tasks:

Design data collection methods, such as interviews, surveys, or secondary research, to gather qualitative and quantitative data on decision-making practices, performance metrics, and cultural attitudes towards analytics.

Collect and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as graduation rates, student retention, faculty performance, administrative efficiency, and student satisfaction scores.

Examine the use of analytics tools and reporting mechanisms within the selected institutions, including dashboards, performance scorecards, and decision support systems.

Compare and contrast the institutions based on their analytics adoption, decision-making quality, and impact on educational outcomes.

Identify success factors, barriers, and challenges faced by institutions in implementing business analytics initiatives.

Develop a practical framework or set of recommendations for traditional institutions to effectively transition toward analytics-driven decision-making in education.

Prepare a detailed project report presenting findings, analyses, and recommendations, supported by evidence from the case studies.

Create an executive summary highlighting the key insights and practical implications for academic and administrative audiences.

Present the project outcomes in a seminar or presentation format to peers, faculty, or industry experts, demonstrating understanding and critical evaluation of business analytics in education.
