Project Objectives:

To provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding of fundamental human resource management processes including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. 2. To develop practical skills in handling HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and utilizing HR information systems effectively. 3. To expose the intern to performance management techniques and employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture. 4. To enhance communication and interpersonal skills through interaction with various stakeholders across the organization. 5. To cultivate analytical abilities by assisting in HR data analysis, report preparation, and policy development. 6. To encourage ethical considerations and best practices in HR compliance and labor laws application.

Project Tasks:

Assist in the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. 2. Participate in the onboarding process by preparing induction materials and facilitating orientation sessions for new hires. 3. Support the training and development team by organizing training activities and maintaining training records. 4. Help update and maintain employee files and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 5. Contribute to performance appraisal processes by collecting feedback and preparing appraisal summaries. 6. Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building events and surveys. 7. Conduct preliminary research on HR policies and labor law updates to assist senior HR staff. 8. Prepare reports on HR metrics such as attendance, turnover rates, and leave management under supervision. 9. Engage in daily HR administrative activities and attend departmental meetings to observe HR decision-making processes.
