Project Objectives:

To provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding of the human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. 2. To develop practical skills in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interview processes to support effective talent acquisition. 3. To analyze and improve employee engagement strategies by collecting and assessing feedback through surveys and focus groups. 4. To assist in maintaining employee records and understanding compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. 5. To enhance communication skills by collaborating with different departments and supporting HR communication initiatives. 6. To equip the intern with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting techniques to contribute to data-driven decision-making. 7. To foster critical thinking abilities by participating in case studies related to conflict resolution and employee relations. 8. To prepare the intern for future HR roles through mentorship, feedback, and exposure to real-world HR challenges.

Project Tasks:

Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms and monitor application submissions. 2. Support the HR team in screening and shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria. 3. Coordinate scheduling of interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes. 4. Participate in organizing onboarding sessions and preparing induction materials for new hires. 5. Collect, compile, and analyze employee engagement survey data, and assist in preparing reports on findings. 6. Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. 7. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for team meetings and management review. 8. Observe and document HR policies and procedures, providing suggestions for improvements where applicable. 9. Engage in team meetings and training sessions to develop knowledge about HR best practices. 10. Support the HR department in administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to organizational standards.
