
To provide the intern with practical exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. 2. To enable the intern to understand the strategic role of human resources in shaping organizational culture and driving business performance. 3. To develop the intern’s skills in using HR information systems and managing employee records efficiently. 4. To foster the intern’s ability to analyze HR metrics and contribute to workforce planning and talent management initiatives. 5. To improve the intern’s communication and interpersonal skills through direct interactions with employees and HR teams. 6. To cultivate an understanding of labor laws, diversity and inclusion practices, and ethical considerations in HR management.
Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials, facilitating new hire documentation, and conducting introductory sessions. 3. Participate in organizing employee training programs and maintaining training records. 4. Conduct preliminary research on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices to contribute to policy development. 5. Maintain and update employee data in HR information systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 6. Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys or interviews to provide insights for engagement initiatives. 7. Assist the HR team in preparing reports on recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and training participation. 8. Engage with team members to gain insights into workplace culture and help promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
