Project Objectives:

To analyze the current maintenance practices and challenges faced by train engineers in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of train equipment.

To design and develop an AI-based predictive maintenance system that can effectively monitor the condition of train equipment and predict potential failures before they occur.

To evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the AI-based predictive maintenance system in improving train equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review on the use of AI in predictive maintenance for train equipment.

Collect and analyze data on current maintenance practices and challenges faced by train engineers.

Design and develop algorithms for the AI-based predictive maintenance system.

Implement and test the system on selected train equipment.

Evaluate the system's performance in predicting failures and reducing maintenance costs.

Write a report on the project findings and recommendations for future implementation.
