Project Objectives:

To develop a solution that utilizes IoT sensors to monitor the performance and condition of industrial equipment in real-time.

To create a predictive maintenance model that can accurately predict equipment failures before they occur, based on the data collected by the IoT sensors.

To improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime by implementing a proactive maintenance strategy.

Project Tasks:

Research existing IoT technologies and platforms that can be used for monitoring industrial equipment.

Design and implement a system that can collect data from IoT sensors installed on industrial equipment and transmit it to a central database.

Develop algorithms for analyzing the collected data and predicting potential equipment failures.

Test the predictive maintenance system on a sample of industrial equipment to validate its effectiveness.

Document the project findings and prepare a presentation for stakeholders.
