Project Tasks:
Conduct a review of current recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Research and evaluate technology solutions, such as applicant tracking systems and video interviewing platforms, that can streamline the recruitment process.
Work with the HR team to implement and test new technology solutions and training programs for recruiters.
Develop surveys and interview protocols to gather feedback from candidates on their experience throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze candidate feedback and data on recruitment processes to make recommendations for improving the overall candidate experience.
