Project Objectives:

To identify the key skills and competencies required by tele-calling executives in order to excel in their role.

To analyze the current performance levels of tele-calling executives and identify areas for improvement.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review to identify the key skills and competencies necessary for success in a tele-calling executive role.
