Project Objectives:

Project Tasks:

Analyze the current UI/UX design of the banking app to identify usability issues and areas for improvement

Plan and conduct user research to gather qualitative and quantitative data on user behaviors, preferences, and pain points

Work with stakeholders to prioritize findings and develop design recommendations

Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize proposed design changes and gather feedback from stakeholders and users

Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and best practices in UI/UX design

Present the final design solutions and recommendations in a comprehensive report outlining the design process, rationale, and impact on user experience
