Design a survey to assess the level of financial awareness among end-users utilizing digital financial services.
Conduct interviews or focus groups to investigate the impact of cybersecurity risks on the trust and confidence of end-users in digital banking.
Analyze the data collected and draw conclusions on the current state of digital financial transformation in India and recommendations for improvement.
