Project Objectives:

This project aims to execute an Omni-channel retail strategy that combines online and offline channels with multiple touchpoints to provide a frictionless customer shopping experience. It will enable features such as click-and-collect and in-store pickup, with a single view of inventory.

The project emerged out of the need to meet customer expectations of convenience, personalization, and flexibility in how customers shop and engage with the brand. This project brings together retail experts, e-commerce specialists, IT professionals, and marketing strategists.

Project Tasks:

Week 1-2 Initial Planning and Requirement Analysis

Define project objectives, scope, and high-level requirements.

Gather all required data and resources.

Week 3-5: System Development and Data Integration Phase

Develop the integrated system to connect online and offline sales channels

Integrate data from CRM, POS, and e-commerce platforms

Week 6-8: Feature Implementation and Testing Phase

Implement key features such as click and collect, in-store pickup, and unified inventory management

Test the system to ensure seamless working of features across channels

Week 9-10: User Feedback and Refinement

Gather user feedback and improvise the strategy for the same based on performance metrics

Make necessary improvements in user experience and system performance.

Week 11-12: Deployment and Monitoring Phase

Deploy the system in the retail environment.

Monitoring the performance of the system and making necessary changes.
