Project Objectives:

To encourage the application of theoretical knowledge in designing practical onboarding frameworks tailored for field operations teams.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review on the role and significance of onboarding executives, particularly in field operations settings, to establish a theoretical foundation.
