Scrum Framework A lightweight Agile framework for managing complex work with defined roles, events, and artifacts.

Scrum Roles Includes Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team with distinct responsibilities.

Scrum Artifacts Key deliverables like Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment that provide transparency.

Scrum Events Time-boxed ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Sprint Cycle A fixed-length iteration (usually 2–4 weeks) in which a potentially shippable product increment is created.

Project Tasks:

Submit a Project charter based on the topic they can choose / the mentor can choose as per their industry/domain.

The Students can choose any topic from any domain they belong to and need to write a Project Charter.

Charter to be approved by the mentor and the hardcopy along with soft copy to be submitted to the university at the end of the course.
