Telecom industry has evolved in the last few years and continues to be one of the largest recruiters at all levels. It recruits freshers generally in the sales & operations verticals. Though the discussion revolves round the Postpaid vertical of Telecom, it shall also touch on the applicability of the concepts in other verticals of Telecom.
The project shall involve the following
Understanding of Various verticals in Telecom – Sales, Marketing, Operations, Agencies
Understanding of COCA/COSA concept
Activation Process – Postpaid vs Prepaid
Retail Counter Survey – Product understanding & Positioning
Bottleneck Analysis – Including understanding of various sample reports
Data Analysis – using sample data excel sheets
Data Presentation techniques
Problem Solving - Brainstorming sessions
Sample Model correctives and Enablers aimed at attaining the desired solution
Powerpoint presentations with inputs on effective presentation techniques
Project Tasks:
Group presentation by the students towards the completion of project
Submission of softcopy of Project report for evaluation and approval from the mentor
