To develop practical strategies for implementing Agile learning ecosystems in HRM organizations.
Project Tasks:
Conduct a literature review on the role of L&D in HRM and the concept of Agile learning ecosystems.
Analyze case studies of organizations that have successfully implemented Agile learning ecosystems in their HRM practices.
Develop a proposal for implementing Agile learning ecosystems in a hypothetical HRM department, including a plan for stakeholder engagement and change management.
Present findings and recommendations to peers and faculty members in a research seminar or symposium.
