Project Objectives:

Why HR Analytics is important? What challenges are being faced in terms of employee sustainability and achieving high level of employee engagement? What are the advantages of using BI and Advance Excel functionality in HR Analytics? What are the constrains in this regard? What are the HR practices adopted in the organizations for measuring employee engagement and performance level at workplace? Impact of HR Analytics in decision making?

Project Tasks:

Designing questionnaire considering the variables that impact the employee engagement and performance level of the employees, Designing google forms for getting responses from various respondents for detailed data analysis. Using the BI and advance excel functionality to create co-relations, statistical models and analysis from the responses and data gathered through research and findings.

The researcher also must complete the report at the end of the project.

And finally, should present the project in a group presentation to mentor on the research and findings.
