Project Objectives:

The project aims to design a secure remote access system that authenticates work-from-home users before granting access to corporate resources. It ensures data confidentiality, prevents unauthorized access, strengthens cybersecurity, and enables employees to work remotely without compromising organizational security policies.

Project Tasks:

Analyze user roles and access requirements for remote employees in a corporate environment.

Design and implement secure login and multi-factor authentication (MFA) mechanisms.

Develop a system to manage session controls, including timeouts and access restrictions.

Integrate role-based access control to ensure users can only access resources relevant to their roles.

Implement VPN or secure tunneling protocols for safe communication between remote users and corporate servers.

Monitor and log all access attempts and user activities for audit and compliance purposes.

Test the system for security vulnerabilities, performance under concurrent access, and usability.

Deploy the system in a simulated remote working environment for demonstration.
