
Interview scheduling is usually a human-intensive time-consuming process that requires coordination between many parties.
This project is to design an automated tool that fits within the current calendar system for easier scheduling. The tool eliminates delays, and potential scheduling conflicts and improves the recruitment workflow with more efficiency.
Week 1-2: Requirement Analysis and System Design
Activities: Collect requirements, determine scheduling logic, and sketch out system architecture.
Deliverables: Requirements document and architecture diagram.
Week 3-4: Calendar Integration and Scheduling Logic
Activities: Calendar API integration, conflict detection algorithm.
Deliverables: Basic scheduling engine.
Week 5-6: UI/UX Design and Development
Activities: Interface design for recruiter and candidate.

Week 7-8: Notification and Reminder System
