Project Objectives:

To propose innovative approaches for conflict resolution and employee relations to promote a positive organizational culture. 7. To understand cost optimization in HR and administration while maintaining quality standards and employee satisfaction. 8. To develop insights into the strategic role of senior HR executives in decision-making and organizational development.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a comprehensive literature review on contemporary HR and administration practices with a focus on strategic management. 2. Collect and analyze data from case studies or organizational reports related to HR policies, recruitment, performance appraisal, and administrative workflows. 3.
