Project Objectives:

To comprehensively understand and document the core job duties, responsibilities, and operational functions of a Front Office Executive within the hospitality industry.

To identify and analyze the essential technical, interpersonal, and professional skills required for success in front office operations, including guest handling and administrative coordination.

To evaluate the significance of customer service excellence and communication skills in enhancing guest satisfaction and overall service quality in hospitality environments.

To investigate the role and impact of modern technologies such as Property Management Systems (PMS), online booking platforms, and automation tools in front office operations.

To assess how digital transformation is reshaping the responsibilities, efficiency, and decision-making capabilities of Front Office Executives.

Project Tasks:

Conduct structured interviews with Front Office Executives and hospitality professionals to gather detailed insights into daily responsibilities, challenges, and workflow processes.

Review academic literature, hospitality management textbooks, and industry reports to identify required qualifications, competencies, and best practices in front office operations.
