Project Objectives:

To analyze the current status of the SLP (Service Level Performance) in Pushkaraj Industries Private Limited.

To evaluate the impact of implementing an MPC (Multi-Period Control) system on the operations management of Pushkaraj Industries.

To identify the key challenges and opportunities in implementing an MPC system in the banking sector.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review on the concepts of SLP and MPC systems in the banking sector.

Collect data from Pushkaraj Industries Private Limited regarding their current SLP performance and operational processes.

Analyze the data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for implementing an MPC system.

Present findings and recommendations in a research report.
