The organization currently operates with separate systems, leading to inefficiencies, data silos, and integration challenges. This project focuses on streamlining critical processes and automating key operations within a unified ERP system. With real-time data access, decision-making in operations management will be significantly improved. Additionally, the ERP will facilitate seamless information flow across departments, enhancing cross-departmental efficiency.

 Week 1-2: Inception and Requirements Gathering

Define objectives, scope, and project structure.

From the project team and interact with stakeholders.

 Week 3-4: Selection of the ERP Solution

Identify and review possible ERP suppliers.

Finalize the supplier and acquire the ERP system.

 Week 5-6: System Design and Configuration

Aligned each of the ERP modules with all documented business requirements.

Configured system workflows as well as business rules  Week 7-8: Data Migration and Testing

Extracts, transforms and loads data from legacy systems

Test for process validation with error correction.

 Week 9-10: User Training and Documentation

Provide hands-on training to end users including manual production in different language mediums.

Verify the readiness of users through feedback and assessments.

 Week 11-12: Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support

Implement the ERP system in a real environment.

Provide support to solve initial issues and track performance.
