Financial Advisor

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding financial products and loan options. • Assist customers in understanding loan eligibility, documentation requirements, and terms. • Manage end-to-end loan application processing, including verification, coordination with internal teams, and follow-up until disbursement. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan application status. • Provide post-disbursement support and ensure timely servicing and resolution of client queries. • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve daily and monthly targets. • Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and compliance requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (Finance or a related field) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes (training will be provided). • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the financial services domain.
